Apollo Best Match - Mass Screening of Job Applicants

Best Match from Apollo allows HR staff and managers responsible for recruitment to test large numbers of candidates for a reduced Apollo Fee. With Best Match, candidates complete the regular Apollo Personality Questionnaire online. Recruiters then get to compare scores across all candidates on each of the work areas that Apollo assesses. As always, scores are benchmarked against the job area of interest and your candidates are compared with excellence in those roles. At this stage, the recruiter gets a quick glimpse at areas of interest and concern for each candidate at the same time on one screen. The recruiter may choose to view more detailed information by clicking on any candidate's name and this will result in deduction of a further credit in the Apollo Best Match system. Ultimately then, for a small fee, organisations get essential screening out information. At a later stage of the selection process and without re-testing the candidate the recruiter upgrades to the fuller Apollo reports for more detailed information on the shortlisted candidates.

Best Match targets organisations who are recruiting lots of candidates and so pricing is based on credit purchases of 1000+. That said, we can still offer Best Match for lower credit purchases, but a higher credit price will apply.
